About Charlie
Status: Adopted!
Species: Dog
Current Size: 100 Pounds
Housetrained: Yes
Reaction to New People: Cautious
Charlie needs a new home because her owner has moved to an assisted living facility and can't keep her anymore.
Charlie is spayed and is up-to-date with all vaccines. She is wonderful with kids and loves to chase a ball. She has not been observed with other animals much but can't imagine her being aggressive. The few times Charlie has been seen with another dog she is disinterested. If she sees a cat, she is on alert and may start to chase it, but will stop if told to do so. She stays with a human companion without a leash. She is not crate trained.
She was a rescue and thought to be probably neglected or abused because she was very timid for a few years after a family adopted her. In recent years she has become much more trustine and gets along well with the many care givers at the assisted living facility.
