Frankie is a black Manx mix(tailless) with a white spot on his belly. He would be a great addition to your home with his even temperament. His foster family affectionately calls him Cabbit because he sort of looks like a rabbit when he runs with his puff of a tail (cotton tail). Frankie likes to sit in laps and have his puff of a tail petted. He gets along with other cats be we don't know how he would do with a dog. A home with older kids or no kids would be best for him.
