Jacob was rescued in December 2004 when he was found wandering around a Target parking lot trying to get out of the cold and into cars when shoppers opened their car doors. A kind shopper picked him up and brought him to Friends for Life. Jacob needs a permanent home, but would love to live temporarily in a foster home while waiting for his forever family to come along.
