Born about Dec 2004 Charlie was found roaming the streets looking for someone to play with. He had been tied up with no food or water and was let loose near a busy street. He was rescued from being ignored to loved by anyone who comes near him. He loves giving kids slurpies on their cheeks and jumping up to give adults kisses. Great with other dogs. This high energy boy loves to play! No cats please, he'll "exercise them" too much. 2/21/2009 Transferred to Measles Animal Haven
